How do I purchase tickets?

We encourage you to buy tickets directly from our authorized ticketing partner, AXS.com.

You may also purchase tickets in-person by visiting the Peabody Box Office, located at 600 Auditorium Blvd., Monday through Friday from 10am-5pm.

What happens if a show is postponed or cancelled?

If a show is postponed or cancelled we will contact all purchasers who gave us their contact information. If an event is postponed, all tickets purchased will be valid for the new date, no exchange required.

If a show is cancelled, those who purchased tickets through AXS.com or the venue box offices will be refunded.

Ticket holders who paid with credit cards will get the refunds processed automatically to the card used for purchase, there is no need to contact us.

Ticket holders who paid with cash should contact the box office by emailing PeabodyBoxOffice@daytonabeach.gov.
